CCM introduces the Tacks XF80 Youth Hockey Skates for the 2024 year. This skate features a kid sizing footbed which makes it easier for young kids to fit into their skates, providing support and comfort. They also have a dual-layer tongue construction with lace-bite protection so that players aren't having to constantly adjust their skates and can focus on the game.

Boot Construction & Stiffness Profile

Designed with injected core technology with a chrome overlay, this durable boot construction is reinforced for durability and performance. This skate features chrome overlays for a pro-looking style for young ones.

Internal Padding & Liner

Built from memory foam with ankle padding slicktec heel material, these skates provide young players with comfort while on the ice. The ADPT memory foam around the ankles has an added comfort pad at the boot cut, and layered liner foam wrap to fit nicely arounf your foot for great fit and comfort. SlickTec heel application makes it easier than ever to get young players into their skates and onto the ice.

Tongue

The dual-layer construction with embossed lace-bite tongue is a 5mm black felt with added 4mm foam core reinforcement for comfort and protection. The improved construction allows for enhanced forward flexion.

Footbed

The kid sizing zone makes it easier to fit tiny feet. This provides young players with excellent support and comfort.

Holder & Steel

These skates feature the CCM Speedblade holder and paired with it is a non-replaceable steel blade with the elevated holder for an increased attack angle.
