This pillow is a mud cloth pillow cover made to fit a Nursing pillow. It is made out of mud cloth from Mali, Africa. It is an invisible zipper pillow and the insert is not included.  It is backed with natural canvas. Dry Clean only. Each pillow will have variation because each is made by hand. The placement of the pattern will differ on each pillow!
